FENOMENA UNIK DI PANTAI SANTOLO

Kecantikan Pantai Santolo, Garut, tak kalah dengan pantai di Bali. Bahkan di pantai ini ada fenomena unik yang hanya terjadi di dua tempat dari seluruh dunia, yaitu Perancis dan Indonesia. Di pantai ini justru air laut mengalir ke sungai bukan sebaliknya. Percaya?

Pantai Santolo, berada pada 88 km sebelah selatan Kota Garut, Jawa Barat, tepatnya di Kecamatan Cikelet. Butuh waktu sekitar 3,5 jam untuk berkendara dari Garut ke pantai ini. Tapi, jangan khawatir perjalanan Anda tak akan membosankan. Mulai dari Garut kota hingga tiba di Pantai Santolo Anda akan disuguhi pemandangan alam yang menakjubkan. Mulai dari hamparan sawah, kebun teh, sampai hutan lebat akan menemani perjalanan Anda.

Diantara kebun teh yang berbukit–bukit terdapat batu-batu raksasa yang gagah menjulang. Pada beberapa bagian bukit tersebut sudah tak ditumbuhi teh lagi, hanya dibiarkan menjadi savana hijau seperti bukit dalam film “Telletubies”. Lokasi yang tepat untuk berfoto ria.

Rasa lelah selama perjalanan akan hilang seketika, setelah melihat keindahan Pantai Santolo. Pantai yang luas, bersih, dan tak begitu ramai pengunjung terasa sangat nyaman. Jika Anda ingin menikmati panorama dengan suasana yang lebih tenang lagi, tinggal berjalan ke arah timur menyusuri garis pantainya yang panjang mencari tempat yang sepi hingga tak ada orang sama sekali kecuali Anda. Nikmatilah sensasi di mana hanya ada diri sendiri, samudera biru, ombak, pasir putih, dan pantai.

Di pantai ini terdapat muara Cilauteureun. Fenomena yang terjadi di muara Sungai Cilauteureun ini lah yang menarik. Disebut Cilauteureun karena di muara ini air laut begitu tenang seolah berhenti mengalir. Dalam bahasa sunda Cilauteureun berarti air laut yang tak mengalir. Di muara ini terdapat curugan dimana air laut yang mengalir masuk ke dalam muara sungai bukan sebaliknya. Dan, konon fenomena ini hanya ada dua di dunia. Selain Indonesia, Perancis juga memiliki fenomena ini.

Selain itu, di sebelah barat pantai ini terdapat sebuah pulau yang bisa Anda kunjungi. Sebenarnya pulau ini biasa disebut Pulau Santolo. Kalau dilihat dari google map memang menyerupai pulau, tapi sebenarnya hanya berupa pantai berkarang yang dipisahkan oleh muara Sungai Cilautereun. Sisi–sisi daratannya selalu tergenang hingga tampak berpisah dengan daratan utamanya.

Bila ingin ke pulau ini, dari pantai utama Anda harus menyeberangi Sungai Cilauteureun sekitar 50 meter dengan menggunakan perahu nelayan. Akan tetapi, jika laut sedang surut Anda cukup berjalan kaki saja.

Di pulau ini pantainya berupa karang sehingga Anda harus memakai alas kaki untuk berjalan. Pemandangan di sini tak kalah menarik dengan pantai utamanya. Anda bisa melihat ombak dari laut lepas menghempas pantai karang. Biota–biota laut yang terjebak diantara rongga–rongga batu karang juga menjadi pemandangan yang sangat menarik dan lucu.

2. Jus menghilangkan jerawat
Dengan jus buah yang kaya vitamin B2, beta karoten serta seng berarti sama dengan mengobati jerawat secara tidak langsung dari dalam tubuh. Bahan yang dibutuhkan : 4 buah wortel, 1 buah lobak cina, dan 2 cm jahe. Cara membuat : masukkan semua bahan ke dalam blender. Jika Anda ingin menikmati dengan rasa yang dingin dapat ditambahkan es.
3. Jus untuk mencerahkan kulit
Jika Anda ingin menghilangkan kulit kusam dan lebih halus, maka rajinlah mengkonsumsi jus buah yang mengandung vitamin B2, C, E, beta karoten dan potasium setiap hari. Bahan yang dibutuhkan : 110 gram buah anggur merah dan 10 buah stroberi. Cara membuat : masukkan semua bahan ke dalam blender, tambahkan madu jika Anda suka. 
4. Jus antikeriput
Jika Anda ingin tampil cantik, ternyata krim kecantikan saja tidak cukup. Cegah keriput wajah Anda dengan meminum kombinasi vitamin secara teratur.
